Apple has recently released a software update for the iPhone and iPad: iPadOS and iOS 13.1.2. For all users who have performed this update, it appears that it does not work optimally in combination with the BlindGuide KLIC app on iPhone and iPad.
Solution
We are currently working hard on an update and will roll it out as soon as possible to solve this problem.
If you haven’t done the iOS update yet and you will need the BlindGuide KLIC app in the coming days, we advise you to wait a while before installing the iOS update 13.1.2 on your iPhone or iPad until the BlindGuide KLIC app has also been updated. You can also temporarily disable the automatic update of your iOS.
In the coming days we will keep you informed about the progress of the rollout via the Apple App store
